BOOTY BUILDING PROGRAM
Our Booty Building program includes 3 lower body workouts, and 1 core focused workout per week. The sessions can last between 20-45 minutes. With the variety of workouts in this program, we do recommend that you have access to a box or a gym. This is NOT a typical “tone your butt” program, this is a real training program that will challenge you and build a stronger booty through intense training sessions.
