We started Athlete’s Diary in Beirut in 2018 with the goal of providing personalized workouts and nutrition plans to clients who were limited with fitness classes and 1200 calorie diets given randomly by dietitians to their starving clients AKA Khass only diet.

We’re a husband and wife team and we’ve been in Toronto coaching athletes for over 4 years now. We love meeting Arabs and Lebanese people from all walks of life.

We’re here to help you achieve your goals through our Beyond 60™ system that was designed exactly for you!

  • Beyond 60™ - Our sessions don’t end when 60 minutes are up. We are with you on WhatsApp through daily and instant support.

  • Session come with tailored and personalized workouts based on your equipment, goals, and time that you’ll also be doing on your own outside of our 1 on 1 sessions.

We have over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry.

-3 x Lebanese weightlifting champion

-2 x CrossFit Fittest in Lebanon

-Over 1000 classes give (Strength, HIIT, CrossFit, and Mobility)

=Over 200 athletes coached (All over the MENA region and Canada)


Nizar:

-Coached over 50 athletes to podium in weightlifting and CrossFit

-Coached over 2000 fitness classes in Canada and Beirut

-Coaching a roster of 75+ athletes around the world (MENA, Europe, and North America)

-Along with Nadine we have delivered over 10 Weightlifting workshops in Lebanon and Canada.
