Pecan Banana Oat Cakeππ
What to do with extremely ripe bananas? Bake a Banana Oat Cake ππ! Baking your cake from scratch allows you to control your macros and calories!
Ingredients (Serves 12):
- 3 medium ripe bananas 
- 1 cup quick oats 
- 2 eggs 
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil 
- 1 tsp of cocoa powder 
- 1 tsp baking soda 
- 1 tsp baking powder 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp nutmeg 
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice 
- 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein 
- Top with 10 pecans - Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a bowl. 
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. 
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan (with spray oil) 
- Bake for 30 mins until a toothpick comes out clean!
