Fresh Garden Salad
Ingredients (Serves 3):
- 4 cups chopped Lollo Rosso Lettuce 
- 1 cup Rocca 
- 1 sliced Tomato 
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes 
- 1 chopped Cucumber 
- 1/2 chopped Green Onion 
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds 
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Mustard 
- 1 tsp White Vinegar 
- 1 tsp Olive Oil 
- 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice 
- 1 tsp Salt 
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder - Easiest instructions ever! 
- Add all the chopped veggies in a bowl. 
- Add all the sauce ingredients into a cup and stir to mix. 
- Add the sauce to the veggies and keep mixing! 
This salad could be served as a side with some protein (grilled chicken/meat or fish!)
